Mindfulness Retreat: Cultivating Gratitude, Nov. 13-15
How can we work with the anxiety so prevalent in our world right now? Cultivating a sense of gratitude may be the most effective way. Gratitude brings an immediate sense of appreciation and warm-hearted connection, and actually blocks negative emotions like envy, anger, and despair. Join us for three days of gratitude practice using meditation, Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement Lessons, and mindful poetry discussions to learn how gratitude can create a sense of calm abiding that can sustain us in these troubled times.
